Whitewater Mesa Labyrinths is located in southwest New Mexico, 72 miles north of Silver City.  It is 4 hours drive from airports in Albuquerque, NM, Tucson, AZ or El Paso, TX.   

 

For GoogleMaps etc select Whitewater Mesa Labyrinths or 355 Bursum Road, Glenwood, not Datil, to avoid ending up on a dirt track many miles into the Gila Wilderness.

 

Bursum Road is NM 159 off Hwy 180 between Glenwood and Alma.  Stay on NM 159, the winding paved road.  The cattle guard at the top signals the beginning of Whitewater Mesa.  Go past mile marker 3 and 355 Bursum Road is on the left.
